Aaron Howard Advanced PGA Professional

Aaron joined the Professional team in 2021 after spending ten successful years at Saffron Walden GC and is a two-time Gleneagles Club Champion. With over 30 years’ experience and using elite coaching methods he is passionate about player improvement and helping them reach their individual goals. Studying under Pete Cowen and learning from other Master Professionals such as Butch Harmon and David Leadbetter, Aaron has a wealth of experience to help with your game. Aaron is also a level 2 qualified Capto Master Putter coach and Club Master Fitter.

Joel Rickard PGA Professional

Joel joined the team in 2018 and is available for individual lessons both on the range and on the course. He also runs group classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and heads up our Junior Stags coaching programme. For those looking for a more detailed programme, Joel runs 3-month and 6-month performance management packages. Joel works on the principle that each golfer is different and requires a bespoke solution to enhance their enjoyment of the game. Gift vouchers are also available. Having been a founding member of the Women’s PGA and played on the European tour for ten years, Denise expanded her career into coaching and has successfully taught hundreds of individuals in the UK and run golf Schools in the UK, Spain, Scandanavia and America.
